        * QC Manager *

Take responsible for efficient testing results of ready-mix concrete products and ensure safe working condition of plant QC equipment; Complete reviews and assessment activities within assigned batch plants (Ready mix & Precast) as allocated in accordance with project plan and associated procedures, specification and standards; Testing Center coordination and assess Batch plant QC results if passed, and determine that their equipment, procedures/ techniques, sample recording and result reporting is in compliance with the applicable standard and specifications; Perform inspections, tests and monitor to ensure compliance with the requirements and project quality specifications; Make batch trial mix design (Concrete & Asphalt) and testing (Batch Plant) and conducts QC surveillance in compliance with the approved standards; Record of any non-conformance and batch plant practices, materials and equipment and report to the department head in details the potential problems for early resolution; Inspect and monitors materials, equipment and calibration of testing tools & equipment as applicable to ensure batch plant compliance to limit standards.

        * Production Staff *

No formal educational credential is generally required to work as block machine operator; Familiarity of CHB Machine operation; Knowledgeable in CHB Mixture; Having a previous working experience is an advantage.

* Utility Staff *

Cleaning of Batching Plant Surroundings; Cleaning of Concrete Spill; Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and inspecting equipment; Assist in the installation of utility systems and equipment; Monitor equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly; Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors; Adhere to safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment; Assist in the preparation and completion of work orders; Perform groundskeeping duties such as grass cutting, and landscaping as necessary; Transport supplies and materials as needed; Other works designated by the management.

* Heavy Equipment Mechanic *

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this Position; Proven experience as Mechanic; Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components; Aptitude in using various hand tools and precision measurement tools; Ability to follow established procedures and practices; A problem-solving ability; Knowledge of reading parts catalogue and maintenance manuals.
