Ability to read technical manuals and drawings; Must have above average
troubleshooting skills and problem solving skills; Mature thinking, safety and

* Bellman/Driver *
Male; Graduate of any 4 year course; Must
possess a valid professional driver’s license; With at least 6 months solid
experience in a hotel industry in the bell service; At least 5’5” in height;
Ability to greet guests friendly and courteously; Proficient in ensuring that
lobbies and work areas are clean and
presentable at all times; Hands-on experience in handling room service
request; Responds to guest request and queries providing a knowledgeable,
efficient and helpful information service; With pleasing personality, smart, trustworthy;
Proficient in oral and written English.
* Sous’ Chef *
Male; College graduate and attended school of
Culinary Arts of at least 6 months; With at least 2 years of solid experience
as Sous’ Chef in hotel industry or related business; Strong knowledge in food
preparation, plating, presentation; Knowledge in kitchen maintenance and
cleaning; Knowledge in maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies, menu
planning, training chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen staffs, division of
labor within the kitchen station, inventory control, food
cost control, staff supervision and scheduling, equipment maintenance,
leadership by example, conduction food tasting for potential clients; Must be
proficient in verbal and written English; Can effectively relate with people;
Has excellent physical health; Mature thinking, safety and detail oriented,
responsible and can work on extended hours.
* Cook *
Male; College level or College graduate of its
equivalent experience or attended school of Culinary Arts of at least 6 months;
With at least 2 years of solid experience as a Cook in hotel industry or
related business; Strong knowledge in food preparation, plating, presentation;
Knowledge in kitchen maintenance and cleaning; Knowledge in maintaining and
ordering stocks and supplies, menu planning; Must be proficient in verbal and
written English; Can effectively relate with people; Has excellent physical
health; Mature thinking, safety and detail oriented, responsible and can work
on extended hours.
* Cashier *
Female; At least 5’4” in height; Graduate of
any 4 year course or its equivalent experience; With at least 6 months solid
experience as Cashier in a hotel industry; Proficient in oral and written
English; Dynamic, adaptable, smart, responsible and trustworthy.
* Internal Security *
Male; Graduate of BS
Criminology; With at least two (2) years relevant work experience exercising
overall control, supervision and direction of security workforce; Capable of
following complex instructions; Excellent physical health, Smart, adaptive,
mature thinking, industrious, honest, responsible; Can work on extended hours;
Can effectively relate with people; Proficient in oral and written English;
With Driver’s License.
