* AP Accountant *

Male / Female; Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; Accounting and Tax Trainings; Newly Graduate, with years of experience is an advantage.

• Prepare journal entries and complete general ledger operations related to purchases & payment of direct materials purchases from third party & affiliates; • Accounting Team Leader, Finance Supervisor, Finance Manager & Plant Controller; • Manage supplier inquiries, documentation and aging of payables. Responding to all vendors and counterpart inquiries and gather information on material receiving, past due invoices and return materials; • Ensure supporting documents are complete & accurate prior to processing of disbursement; • Prepare aging reports, analysis, reconciliations and all other reports related to AP; • Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP reporting, Customs and tax regulations; • Prepare month end accruals, adjusting entries and ensure they are reliable and complete; • Provide details on estimated disbursements for preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Cash Forecast; • Assist and attend to audit queries and requirements; • Works with counterpart globally for intercompany transactions; • Investigating and resolving issues associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders; • Responsible for recordkeeping and retention of documents; • All other duties as may be assigned by Accounting Supervisor and/or Plant Controller.

* Employee Relation Staff *

Male / Female; At least High school graduate; With experience.

• Promotes employee engagement and retention thru identifying programs for the betterment of employee welfare and development; • Conduct case investigations; prepare documentation and recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions; • Prepare and issue disciplinary actions, employee contract extensions, end of contract notice, termination, regularization and suspension letters; • Maintains personnel files in accordance with established legal and company directives; • Attend to Employee Conference (as requested); • Responsible for communicating and carrying out HR programs for employees; • Conduct Programs and Activities; Monthly Communication Meeting, Digital Signages and Sportfest; • Ensures that all company policies are consistently applied in accordance with legal and company directives; • Perform other duties / tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

* Automation Technician *

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Typically requires 5+ years of experience in engineering or automation, with specific experience in process automation and control systems; Expertise in programming, scripting, automation frameworks, and system networks is essential; Experience with specific systems like PLCs, SCADA, motor control systems, and industrial networks is often required; Proven project management skills are critical for overseeing projects from conception to completion; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to troubleshoot complex issues; Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills are necessary to work with various departments and teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated systems, which can include software, hardware, and control systems like PLCs and SCADA. This involves analyzing user requirements and developing functional specifications; *Implement automated testing processes or physical automation systems, and provide ongoing maintenance and support; • Plan, budget, and manage automation projects, often involving cross-functional teams and vendors; This includes supporting FAT, SAT, Commissioning & Validation protocols; • Lead technical teams, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues; • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards are met and identify and troubleshoot software defects; • Monitor system performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement and improvement.

* Sr. Automation Engineer *

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field like Computer Science is typically required; Several years of experience in engineering and process automation is necessary, often including experience with PLCs and SCADA systems; Proficiency in programming, scripting, and automation frameworks is essential. Knowledge of networks, databases, and DevOps methodologies is also beneficial; Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are critical for success in this senior role.

• Design, develop, and implement automated systems, which may include hardware and software components, and write automated test scripts; • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and lead technical teams; • Manage automation projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, and vendor management; • Identify and resolve system defects, troubleshoot issues, and maintain automated processes; • Work with other departments like operations, engineering, and quality assurance to meet project goals and quality standards; • Assist with the full system lifecycle, including factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and validation protocols.

* Sr. Global Sourcing Specialist, Packaging Commodity *

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related course; 5 to 7 years Sourcing and contract management experience, 3 years’ experience in the Packaging, Printing Sourcing/Supplier Management category, with a preference towards procurement in a manufacturing environment with a High-Volume Global Multinational Company; Proven negotiating skills, Project Management and Project Leadership experience; Strong analytical skills required. Material cost breakdowns, Market cost breakdowns, Market Index analysis, project BOM Quoting; International Business experience required; Experience in supply chain operations /management is a plus; Six Sigma Greenbelt certification/ in progress is a plus; Negotiate with suppliers to receive the best overall cost of materials, tooling, service and delivery; Ability to drive lower cost through local/regional/global consolidation; Considerable knowledge of sources of supply of Packaging & Printing providers, markets, price, and commodity trends, with the ability to accurately predict marketplace events & develop both long-range strategy and short-term contingency plans; Strong strategic supplier management skills.

• Selects & Develops suppliers into strategic partners bringing value & innovation to the supply chain; • Performs & Manages Competitive bidding process, Make vs Buy analysis; • Evaluate, measure and report Supplier performance metrics & scorecards; • Ability to manage multiple projects & activities that often have competing priorities; • Execute the annual team Goals, KPIs & drive the execution plan; • Negotiate payment terms improvement, Lead Time reduction, VMI, Working Capital Improvements; • Strong Interpersonal skills, including the ability to make presentations and influence people at all levels of the organization, including upper management; • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including the MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook, JDE ERP a plus; • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, within the Philippines, Taiwan, China, Southeast Asia as needed.
