* Junior Safety Officer *

Graduate of Any 4-year course or College Level; 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry; Must have BOSH Training from DOLE or DOLE accredited safety training organization; With Advance Specialized OSH Trainings is an advantage.

* Assistant Production Supervisor *

Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Course Graduate; Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food Manufacturing; Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or Technical course graduate with minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food Manufacturing; Experience in a Flour milling - 25-kg Packaging, Bran Bagging, 1-kg Packaging, and Bulk Loading Operations is a plus; Can work in a heated and dusty environment with the capacity to work near machines that generate noise; Possessed skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosis, able to handle medium to heavy lifting tasks, and comfortable working at heights; With ability to work in rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, where necessary; With ability to work a continuous process that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

* Production Admin Officer *

Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or Technical course graduate with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Systems Applications and Products in data processing; Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications; Can work in a heated, noisy, and dusty environment; Capable of providing feedback, ideas, and suggestions when requested, and proficient in communicating effectively throughout all organizational levels; With demonstrated ability to comply with MIMI’s occupational safety rules especially wearing of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required in production area, and influence others to do so; With ability to work during weekends, and holidays, where necessary.

* Production Operator I *

At least High School Graduate; Can work in a heated and dusty environment with the capacity to work near machines that generate noise; Able to handle medium to heavy lifting tasks, and comfortable working at heights; With ability to work in rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, where necessary; With ability to work a continuous process that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
