Degree in industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field is required; Proven experience, minimum 5 years, in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment; Strong understanding of production planning principles, materials requirements planning (MRP), and lean manufacturing practices; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Proficiency in using production management software and tools; Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality; Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment; Knowledge of instruments, methods and processes associated with production such as machining, welding, painting, and assembly; Proficient in English, written and spoken.
