* HR Generalist *   

Female / Male; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required; At least three (3) years of Human Resource Management experience required; Minimum of related Employee relation experience gained from an On-the Job Training; Preferably with Employee Relation experience in a manufacturing industry; Flexible; Have the ability to adjust.

* Sr. HR Generalist *

Female / Male; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required; At least five (5) years of Human Resource Management experience required.
