measuring and testing equipment (IMTE); Knowledge in AutoCAD.

1-2 years Call
Center Training experience (preferred) or a minimum of 3+ years Team Leader
experience within an outsourced call center; Nursing Experience is preferred
(not essential); Ability to train all levels of CSR, Team Leader, and Managers;
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; Ability to train
with presentations, videos, and hands-on exercises; BPO experience is preferred
but not essential; Excellent English communication Skill; Excellent knowledge
of customer service best practices; Ability to communicate with
management/clients at all level; Training will be provided at full salary pay;
Applicants will become regular employees after passing the probationary period
(we do not have contractual employees); Free transportation from/to the
