* Quality Assurance Engineer *

At least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or other engineering-related field; Technical Diplomat (Electronics or Industrial course is an advantage); Must have knowledge in troubleshooting of air conditioning unit inverter and non-inverter units; Must have knowledge in reading blue print and wiring diagram; Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications, and data bases; Good interpersonal skills; Knowledge in wiring installation, motor control, troubleshooting; With knowledge and good understanding of manufacturing processes (production lines, assembly processes and QC methods); Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001; With strong foundation in statistical analysis and control methods. This includes statistical tools, Six Sigma and the ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement); Strong analytical and problem-Solving Skills; Effective documentation and reporting skills; Effective communication and collaboration skills.

* Production Control Staff *

At least College graduate; Knowledge in Manufacturing Process; Need to be able to identify and solve production related issue that may arise during the manufacturing process; Must be good documentation skills; And must have effective communication and collaboration skills.
