* Accounting Supervisor / Accounting Team Leader *

Male or Female; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; At least 1 year experience in a similar role; Strong math, typing, and computer skills; High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail; Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments; Can Start ASAP.

* Accounting Associate-AR / AP *

Male / Female; Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Banking & Finance or other Finance related course; Must have at least 1 year work experience related to general accounting functions especially in bookkeeping; Must have at least 1 year exposure to financial statement preparation and analysis; Preferably with at least 1 year in audit work; Experience in SAP will be an advantage; With good moral character; With good communication skills.

* F and B Cashier / Shop Cashier *

Female; With pleasing personality; At least 2 years College Degree; Good communication skills; Proactive and hardworking; Willing to work under pressure.

* Purchasing Officer / Purchaser *

Male or Female; Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent; At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Asset Management Supervisor / Manager  * 

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course; At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Good communication skills; Customer Oriented and flexible; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).

* Stockman or Inventory Clerk *

Male or Female ; Candidate must possess at least a College Graduate; Must be computer literate; Background in Inventory and Stock Management is an advantage; At least 1-3 years supervisory working experience in restaurants or hotels; Pleasant personality, patient, trustworthy. 

* Kitchen Steward *

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Food & Beverages Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism /Hotel Management or equivalent; At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Willing to work in extended hours, with pleasing personality and good communication skills.

* Food Attendant *

Male or Female; With at least 1 year experience in the same capacity; Can speak fluent English; Can handle good customer relations; Has the exposure of food-related activities within a food service establishment.

* Plumber *

At least High School graduate; Preferably with relevant work experience; Dedicated and hardworking; With updated work requirements; Can start ASAP.

* Electrician *

Male; College Diploma; Electrician qualification certificate; Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician; Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code; Good problem-solving skills; Physically strong and able to stand for long periods; Good communication skills.

* Landscaper / Gardener * 

Graduate of Vocational Course, High school diploma or equivalent; At least 1 year experience in landscaping or grounds keeping role; Strong knowledge of landscaping and basic lawn maintenance.

* Recreation Manager *

Male / Female; College Graduate; With 2 years working experience as Recreation Manager in Hotel or Resort industry; Friendly and customer oriented / Physically fit.

* Lifeguard *

Completion of lifeguard training; With 1-year related experience; With First Aid and CPR certification; Must secure lifeguard certifications; Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written; Proficient in interacting with people of various ages from diverse backgrounds; Physically fit, strong, agile, and dexterous.

* Aircon / Refrigerator Technician *

Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of Air-Cons and Cooling, heating Systems; Must have knowledge in trouble shooting; Ability to detect damages and malfunctions; Must have wide knowledge in backage and Split type for installation of Air-cons and Coolers; Know how to change spare parts; Must have good communication skills.

* ATV / E-Bike / Golf Cart Mechanic *

1 to 2 years Golf Cart Maintenance experience; Excellent people and communication skills; Proven experience providing golf cart/ ATV / E-Bike and equipment repair and maintenance and demonstrated outstanding customer service; Must possess willingness to learn and perform new golf cart service programs; Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a manufacturing industry; Certified Public Accountant.

* Maintenance Superintendent *

Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Electrical, Mechanical field or equivalent field; With PRC license in Electrical or Mechanical; Good English oral and written communication Skills; Solid technical understanding in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics; Field experience with Mechanical Maintenance planning & execution background in huge pressing machine Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, troubleshooting; At least 5 years of experience in maintenance/facility management or equivalent; Candidate must be an excellent team-player; Being able to influence processes and people with conviction and decisiveness in order to continuously improve; Experience working in manufacturing environment; Experience in maintenance planning operations is a must; Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities; Meticulous, well-organized and able to work in a team environment; Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

In charge in Distribution, Sales and Collection; Ensures complete and accurate remittance of payment collection to the Accounting-Cashier on a daily basis; Ensure new area development and product placement of company products and other businesses to their assigned areas and blocks; Ensures attainment of distribution, placement, merchandising and collection objectives per standards; Ensures fast placement & consistent monitoring of re-order of new products in all outlets covered.

Female; College Graduate; Proficient in computer applications; Applicant must be physically fit and healthy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Receives cash and check collections paid by customers/ accounts from sales personnel (DSP) and/or collectors; Reports inconsistencies of collection to Accounting Head for verification and/ or validation; Generates Daily Collection report, and endorses copy to Accounting Head for further verification and audit; Prepares deposit slips for cash and check deposits.
