HE Mechanic Helper *

High School Graduate; Preferably has Vocational course in heavy/light equipment maintenance or with TESDA National Certificate in either vehicle operation or maintenance; In depth knowledge of using standard hand and power tools; Knowledge of precautions necessary for ensuring a safe work environment for self and co-workers; Physical agility aimed at performing difficult manual labor.

HR Officer *

College Graduate; Preferably graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource or any related field; Has experience in handling Incident Reports, generation and issuance of Notice to Explain and Notice to Disciplinary Action; Preferably 1-2 years of experience in HR or any related field; Has knowledge or background in Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Relations; Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills; Excellent Organizational Skills and attention to details; Ability to Work under pressure.

Industrial Electrician *

Male; With TESDA Certificate or Vocational course related to the position; Ability to interpret functions via blocks via ladder diagram, testing and calibrating, repair and Electrical and Mechanical installation; Can understand Power and Control diagram.

                              Mechanical Technician *

Male; At least High School Graduate with National Certificate in Plant Maintenance; Knowledgeable in mechanical maintenance; At least one (1) year working experience related to the position; Has background in Welding and other Mechanical works.

Mechanical Engineer *

Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer; Training in design software like CAD; Project Management Training; Preferably has at least two (2) years working experience in Design and Construction.

Payloader Operator *

Male; High School Graduate; With Driver’s License; Preferably with NC II in HE Operations; Preferably has knowledge operating payloader.

Posting Clerk *

Female; Graduate of any 4-year course; Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and in writing; Displays great attention to detail; Computer literate; Willing on shifting schedule.

Purchasing Associate II  * 

College Level; Preferably College level of any Engineering Courses; Preferably has technical knowledge in Purchasing; Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills; Excellent computer skills required with a proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Rigging and Lifting Officer *

Male; College level; With TESDA National Certified in Rigging; Has minimum of five (5) years of work experience in rigging and lifting activities in heavy or industrial operating plants in a lead role; Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the job.

SCADA / Field Operator * 

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

Sets up and operates a variety of equipment on site in accordance with established procedures and monitor the status of cargo and equipment; Adjust the machine setting to complete task accurately according to operations and technical guidelines. a. Hopper b. Conveyor c. Diverter d. Speed regulator e. Other sensors; Monitor the status of cargo from point to point; Works under the immediate superior of functional area; Monitoring and control the process parameters as desired and handing over to the incoming shift in a systematic and orderly manner; Communicate with control room / supervisors immediately in case of any parameter’s abnormalities noticed or process deviation noticed to ensure that accurate condition of field equipment is maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least College Level; Has at least 1 year experience for any machine operations.

Security Officer *

Male; College Level; Preferably Graduate of BS in Criminology; Physically and mentally fit (with Drug Test, Medical and Neuro-Psych test clearance); Displays great attention to detail; With related experience, trainings and license as Security Officer.

CAD Operator *

College Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or BS in Architecture; Has understanding of 2D and 3D drafting class; Familiar with AutoCAD, Autodesk, and Micro station.

Ship Foreman *

College Graduate; Preferably graduate of BS in Marine Transportation; Preferably with BOSH Training and has 2 years of experience in logistic industry; With leadership skills, customer skills, and good communication.

Truck Scale Operator *

Female; College Level; Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and in writing; Computer literate; Willing on shifting schedule.
