**FOD CORPORATION**

(VISTA MARINA HOTEL & RESORT)

Operations Manager *

Graduate of any 4 year course; With at least 10 years’ experience as Operations Manager / Hotel supervisor in a hotel industry; Has a good communication skills; Must be responsible, dynamic, adaptable, smart, and trustworthy.

HR Supervisor *

Female; Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or other related field; Well-versed with Human Resources functions; With 4 years work in administrative role; Must have good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; Must be familiar with database system and common HR.

Sales and Marketing Officer *

Female; With pleasing personality; Graduate of any 4 year course; With at least three (3) years’ experience in the field of sales or marketing; Solid exposure in a hotel or service industry is an advantage; Dynamic, assertive, innovative, enthusiastic, determined; Above average communication skills both written and oral; Must possess right attitude and can work for long hours.

Cashier *

Female; At least 5’4” in height; Graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent experience; With at least 6 months solid experience as Cashier in a hotel industry; Proficient in oral and written English; Dynamic, adaptable, smart, responsible and trustworthy.

Front Desk Clerk *

With pleasing personality; At least 5’4” in height; College graduate of HRM or Accounting is an advantage; At least one (1) year experience as Front Desk Clerk or Night Clerk in Hotel industry;  Can work under minimum supervision; Proficient in oral and written English; Willing to work on graveyard shift schedule.

Internal Security / Driver *

Male; Graduate of BS Criminology; With at least 2 years relevant work experience in exercising overall control supervision and direction of security workforce; Capable of following complex instructions; Excellent physical health, smart, adaptive matured thinking, industrious, honest and responsible; Can work extended hours; Can effectively relate with people; Proficient in oral and written English; Must have Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Head Chef *

Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook; Hands on experience with various kitchen equipment; Advanced knowledge of culinary , baking and pastry techniques; Leadership skills; Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks; Excellent time management abilities; Up to date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes; Familiarity with sanitation regulations; Culinary school diploma preferred.

* Housekeeping Attendant *

Secures cleaning supplies / materials and looks after their proper use, storage and maintenance; Cleans and sanitizes all areas assigned to him following standard cleaning procedures; Reports immediately damages and out-of-order facilities in his area of responsibility such as cleaning equipment, busted bulbs, torn carpets, cracks on walls, defective sinks on toilet bowls, clogged floor drain, ceiling leaks, defective locks, etc.; Also reports safety hazard and suspicious objects, persons and movements found in his area; Report guest complains to his supervisor, turn-over at once all lost-and-found articles found in his area of assignment; Prepares daily accomplishment report and submit them to the Housekeeping Supervisor; Performs other related duties as may be assigned.

* Food Attendant *

Male / Female; At least 5’4” in height; Graduate of any 4-year course; With pleasing personality; With at least 6 months of solid experience as Food Attendant in a hotel industry; Knowledgeable in table set-up and skirting; Has good communication skills; Must be responsible, dynamic, adaptive, smart and trustworthy.

* NET Application Developer *

A graduate of Computer Science or any IT related course; Has experience in programming using .Net, JavaScript Frameworks, Angular, Electron JS and React JS; Knowledge in PHP, HTML5, CSS is an advantage; Good interpersonal skills and outstanding work ethics; Must be flexible and efficient in handling multiple tasks.

Accountant *

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; Preferably A Certified Public Accountant; Proficient in both MS word and MS Excel; With at least 2-3 years work experienced in a Manufacturing set up as Accountant; High Analytical skills; Attention to details; Knowledge on Company Financial Records; Knowledge on Financial Laws; Trustworthiness and respect for confidentiality of financial information.

            Finance Assistant Manager *

Graduate of Accountancy preferably Certified Public Accountant; Preferably with Training in Financial Management and reporting; Must have at least 3 years working experience in finance department Knowledge in Computerized accounting system; Knowledge in finance statement rules; Taxation rules; Statutory Benefits rules; Analytical and Logical thinking; Leadership skills; Attentive to details; Result oriented; Risk Management; Oral and writing skills. 

Facilities and Design Engineering Assistant *

At least College Level or any Vocational Technical Courses; Preferably with Manufacturing set up experience of at least 2 years and above; Good communication skills; Result oriented and meet target deadline of projects; With initiative; With minimum supervision required.

HR Manager *

Graduate of Behavioral Science (Psychology) or 4 year Course Business Management; Must be computer literate; Must have at least 5 years Combines experience in all facets of Human Resource work; Preferable with experience in a Manufacturing set up; Must have knowledge of Labor Code of the Philippines; Has a good planning, organizing, analytical and good decision making skills; Good in oral and written communication; Can relate well to people from different level; Exercise confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.

MIS Engineer *

Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering and/or BS in Computer Science and/or BS In Information technology; Preferably with training on programing, networking; Must be knowledgeable in programing languages; Experience in Designing and creating programs Must be knowledgeable in COLD FUSION, SQL, ACCESs, Visual Basic; Can work with minimum supervision.

Production Group Leader *

Graduate of any 4 year course; Preferably with Manufacturing experience of at least 2 years and above; With strong leadership skills; Good communication skills; Computer literate (Excel/Words/PowerPoint); Willing to render overtime and in shifting schedule (dayshift and nightshift); With minimum supervision required.

Purchaser 1 *

Graduate of any 4 years course, any business related course; Preferably with previous experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company; Preferable with training in doing purchasing activities; Analytical and mathematical capabilities to compare prices and quantities and consider vendor contract terms; Ability to evaluate market conditions and various suppliers; Strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills.

Company Nurse *

Registered Nurse; Preferably With BOSH training with certificate; Preferably with at least 2 years experience working in a Manufacturing Company; Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills; Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health.
