* Human Resource Manager * 

Bachelor degree in BSBA and Psychology (or any related course); Designing human resources policies that are in line with the goals of a company.

Detailed Job Description:

 Overseeing the recruitment, application, hiring, and onboarding processes of new employees.

 Planning and delegating responsibilities for company events.

 Coordinating between employees and higher management for concerns.

 Deciding the course of action and disciplinary measures for employee incidents.

 Developing training programs for employees to address the needs of the company.

 Creating an assessment, retention and benefits criteria for evaluating employees.

 Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

 Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.

 Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.

 Maintain HR systems and processes, (Payroll).

 Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.

 Master in Excel, Microsoft etc.

* Production Staff *

Tends automatic machine that casts concrete blocks and concrete pipes; Starts and stops machine that automatically fills molds, vibrates molds to compact wet concrete, scrapes off excess concrete, and strips finished blocks and finished pipes from molds; Operate concrete casting machine; Use moulding techniques; Inspect industrial equipment; Write batch record documentation; Stack packaged items; Perform machine maintenance; Tend equipment such as pneumatic pumps or electrically powered conveyors which are used for transferring the hoist cement into storage containers; Measure the raw materials prior to their loading in the mixer or in machines, ensuring they conform with the specifications; Perform the cleaning of mixers in order to prepare them for mixing different types of compounds.

* QC Engineer *

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (such as Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering); Licensure/Certifications: Professional engineering license or specialized quality credentials (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer or familiarity with ISO 9001 standards) are often preferred; Generally 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or construction environments; Proficiency in document management, reading technical drawings/blueprints, and applying quality methodologies like Six Sigma; Strong verbal communication, sharp attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities under tight project timelines.

* PCB Layout Design Engineers *
