* Cook *

Male; College level or College graduate of its equivalent experience or attended school of Culinary Arts of at least 6 months; With at least 2 years of solid experience as a Cook in hotel industry or related business; Strong knowledge in food preparation, plating, presentation; Knowledge in kitchen maintenance and cleaning; Knowledge in maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies, menu planning; Must be proficient in verbal and written English; Can effectively relate with people; Has excellent physical health; Mature thinking, safety and detail oriented, responsible and can work on extended hours.

* Food Attendant *

Male / Female; At least 5’6” in height; Graduate of any 4-year related course; With pleasing personality; With at least 6 months of solid experience as Food Attendant in a hotel industry; Knowledgeable in table set-up and skirting; Has good communication skills; Must be responsible, dynamic, adaptive, smart and trustworthy.

* Bartender *

Male; College graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course; With at least 6 months of solid experience as Bartender in a hotel industry; With pleasing personality; Trustworthy, dynamic, adaptable, smart and can relate effectively with people; Good communication skills.

* General Maintenance Assistant *

Male; College or Vocational graduate; With at least 2 years solid experience as General Maintenance Assistant in a hotel industry or related business; Must be well-rounded in any other skilled jobs; Has good understanding of all phases of work in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sound system and airconditioning; Ability to read technical manuals and drawings; Must have above average troubleshooting skills and problem solving skills; Mature thinking, safety and detail-oriented, responsible; Can work on extended hours; Can work on minimum supervision.

* Gardener *

Male; At least high school graduate or its equivalent experience; With at least 1 year of solid experience as Gardener; Good physical attribute, industrious, honest, responsible and willing to be trained; Can effectively relate with people.

* Internal Security / Driver *

Male; Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology; With at least 2 years relevant work experience in exercising overall control supervision and direction of security workforce; Capable of following complex instructions; Excellent physical health, smart, adaptive matured thinking, industrious, honest and responsible; Can work on extended hours; Can effectively relate with people; Proficient in oral and written English; Must have Driver’s License with clean driving record.
