* Front Office Staff *

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent; 2-3 years’ experience in the same field; Experience in a 4 to 5 hotels is an advantage; Must have a pleasing personality; Must be willing t work on shifting schedule, night shift / graveyard, and on Public Holidays; Excellent English communication skills (listening, verbal and written skills); Excellent telephone etiquette; Good customer service skills; Must have good working attitude and a good team player; Flexible and diplomatic in handling customer complaint issues.

* Reservation Staff *

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent; At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position; Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Reservation; Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

* On Call Lifeguard *

Candidate must be at least High school graduate; At least 3 years’ experience in the same field; Having certificates related to water safety trainings is an advantage; Has the ability to remain calm and act appropriately in an emergency; Alert and has sense of responsibility’ Physically fit and has good stamina.

* Housekeeping Supervisor *

Candidate must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent; Minimum 5 years’ professional work experience in housekeeping or facility management with a background of administration procedures; Must be know the standard operation, procedures, in housekeeping; Good English written and spoken communication skills; proficient in Hotel Housekeeping standard; Computer literate.

·        BS-Customs Administration – Graduate of BS Customs Administration; Customs Board Passer.
