* Instructional Designer *

A Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and developing learning content. Familiarity with maritime or technical training (preferred but not mandatory). Strong project management and communication skills. Creativity, attention to detail, and a learner-centric mindset; Key Responsibilities: Design engaging learning experiences using ADDIE or similar methodologies. Develop instructional materials, including scripts, storyboards, and multimedia content. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into accessible learning solutions. Utilize learning technologies such as LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g.. Articulate, Captivate). Evaluate and refine learning content based on feedback and effectiveness metrics.

* Welder *

High School or Vocational course graduate; Knowledgeable in welding, cutting, grinding, measurement and fitting activities; Can understand Engineering Drawings and Diagram; Has acquired NC II in SMAW.

* Company Nurse *  

Registered Nurse; Ability to strictly follow instructions; Good communication skills, both oral and written; Has experience related to the position; Strong interpersonal skills; Flexible and have a keen eye for detail; Has acquired certifications; Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses.

* First Aider * 

Must be at least College level (any course related to health, safety, or medical sciences is an advantage); Advanced First Aid or Occupational First Aid training is an advantage; Valid certification in First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, or equivalent); Ability to assess and respond to medical emergencies calmly and efficiently; High level of responsibility, reliability, and alertness; Knowledge of basic first aid procedures, injury management, and emergency response; Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in emergencies; At least 1 year of experience in first aid, emergency response, or a related field is preferred; Strong communication skills to explain procedures to injured persons or coworkers effectively; Familiarity with industrial or workplace emergency procedures, especially in high-risk environments like port terminals or grain facilities, is an advantage; Proficient in using basic computer applications, such as: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes.
