* Talent Optimization, Culture and Engagement Supervisor *

With at least 3 years of professional experience in the same field; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences, or any related course; Preferably with relevant experience in talent optimization, engagement, competency, and performance management; Leadership experience in driving cultural transformation or employee initiative is an advantage; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels is highly preferred; The Talent Optimization, Culture and Engagement Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of employee training plans as well as ensuring training effectiveness for organizational learning and growth; The position is also responsible for implementing and spearheading organizational development initiatives such as succession and talent management as well as driving the growth and conceptualization, implementation, and sustainability of employee engagement programs and initiatives. 

* Marketing and Communications Specialist *

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar field is advantageous; Preferably with experience with Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR initiatives or community engagement; Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and content creation is essential; Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders is highly regarded; The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for enhancing EnerZone Group's online presence, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing reputations through strategic development and execution; He/She will manage the organization's social media strategy overseeing website updates, Facebook and other social media platforms, reputation management, and leading the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs across the group. 

* Facility and Fleet Management Specialist *

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer; Preferably at least 2-3 Years of solid experience in Building Maintenance, Construction Projects and Fleet Management; Must be good in both oral and written communication; Preferably with a professional Driver's License (at least A, B and B2); The Facility and Fleet Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the management and upkeep of the administration building and other facilities, including staff housing, parking areas, warehouses, and the substation perimeter, as well as any leased properties; The goal is to ensure that all facilities are maintained to high standards of livability, safety, and cleanliness; This includes the implementation of regular inspections, repairs, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations to create a conducive working and living environment.
