Policies

Completion of the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and

the duties of which do not involve practice of profession covered by
BAR/Board laws.

and experience in the development or preparation and implementation of Relocation

Socio-Economic and Preparation Survey, etc. at the local communities;

and experience in the review and evaluation of potential investment proposals

ability to interpret and make decisions pertaining to environmental laws,
regulations, and policies;
