* Driver *

With a Professional Driver’s License with restrictions code 2,3, and 8; With TESDA Driving Certificates, preferable NC III is an advantage; Strong knowledge of safety regulations, to be familiar with not just traffic laws but rules regarding how often they are required to rest, maximum miles were driven and the like; A clean driving record; Physical fitness since Truck Drivers is required to pass a physical exam every two years; Hand-eye coordination, since they must coordinate their hands, legs, and eyes to maintain a fast reaction time on the roads; Visual and hearing acuity, in accordance with health and safety regulations which mandate that truck drivers must hear a forced whisper at 5 feet, have at least 20/40 vision, a 70-degree field of vision, and the ability to distinguish the colors of traffic lights.

* Helper *

Loading and unloading company products; Assisting drivers to find delivery locations; Compiling accurate delivery records and reports; Reporting all delivery-related problems to the Head of Trucking and team; Effectively communicating with the team for any concerns pertaining to daily tasks on trucking; Liaising with the office or the logistics team to notify any changes to daily routes; Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift; Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products; Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

* Safety Supervisor *

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred); Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational health and Safety Technician (OHST) may be required or preferred; Previous experience in occupational health and safety, with specific experience in safety supervision preferred; Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate employees on safety procedures; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify hazards and implement effective solutions; Keen attention to detail to conduct thorough inspections and investigations; Ability to work collaboratively with management and employees to achieve safety goals.

* Sewers *

No educational background needed; At least 1-2 years of Sewing experience; Knows how to operate high-speed sewing machines.

* Assistant Industrial Engineer *

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools; Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production systems; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams; Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus; Prior experience or internships in industrial engineering or manufacturing settings is advantageous; Must be knowledgeable with the following: Working time formulation (motion analysis), Follow up production site problems, find problems through data and find bottleneck workstations; Need to know the “Five Five” or “5WIH”, Understand stopwatch timing method: “zero method”, “continuous timing method”, On-site video and picture acquisition, Understand the concept of “line balance”.
