* Store Manager *

Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business related courses; Minimum of a High school diploma or its equivalent; Has knowledge in general store management, customer service and other necessary tasks; At least 2-5 years of experience and training in a retail setting, typically as supervisor or manager; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead store personnel, help customers and work with upper management; Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped; Presentation skills and knowledge of best visual and marketing display practices; Conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency on teams; Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives; In-depth knowledge of the store’s merchandise, its exact location and its prices; Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.

* Store Associate *

High school diploma or its equivalent; At least 6 months to 1 year of related experience; Excellent critical and problem-solving skills; Customer service skills, ability to learn the needs and desires of customers; Positive attitude and motivation to satisfy customers; Good in written and verbal communication skills; Ability to perform simple calculations; Conscientious demeanor and professional appearance; Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays; Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
