Licensed Civil Engineer / Geodetic Engineer (PRC); Proven experience in site surveying, setting-out, and construction layout (1 year minimum preferred); Proficiency in operating surveying instruments; Strong knowledge of topographic surveys, boundary surveys, as-built surveys, and control point establishment; Ability to interpret engineering drawings, site plans, coordinates, and construction specifications; Proficient with surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Land Development, or equivalent); Good understanding of construction methods, alignment, elevations, and tolerances; Physically fit and able to work in field/site environments under varying conditions; Good interpersonal and coordination skills for collaborating with engineers and site teams; High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to safety and project standards.

At least an Elementary / High School Graduate; No prior experience required, but general labor or grounds maintenance experience is an advantage; Basic knowledge of plant care, gardening tools, and equipment use; Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision; Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor outdoors; Attention to detail in maintaining clean and well-kept surroundings; Willingness to stay in barracks; Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented; Flexible with work schedules.
